Arcadia House, Watamu

Complete renovation, extension and restoration of a large 4 bedroom holiday house with fully tiled en-suite bathrooms throughout and a tiled kitchen with granite work surfaces. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house was gutted, re-wired and the plumbing was re-done using modern pipes and wires and the roof was completely replaced. The existing swimming pool was stripped and re-tiled including a dolphin motif and a recreational pool area was created.
